Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return and whether or not your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
